Info:  This AS-500 was updated to the NEW AS-600 ELECTRONIC ignition system. No more points!! It also has a BRAND NEW spark plug boot (old one was cracked), and new fuel lines. The compression is a solid 120psi just like NEW. This unit looks in EXCELLENT condition. The propellor blade is excellent. I have video of this unit running. It wants to stall if you don’t throttle it after starting. The carburator needs to be rebuilt. You can buy the rebuild kit from the aquascooter website. I’m moving and don’t have time to order and rebuild it. Again. This unit runs great aside from it needing the carb rebuilt. It is being sold “as is” with no warranty due to it being used. I just updated the electronic ignition and spark plug last Monday. That’s when I started it and realized the carb. issue. Bid with confidence as it is exactly as described. It comes complete with 2 piece snorkel and storage cap. Unlike the older 400 and 450’s the 500’s are NOT painted. Therefore they stay looking great without paint or corrosion issues.  Local pickup would be fine as well to avoid shipping charge…. Cannot ship to California due to emission law BS.
